6. Attempting to access another person's account without authorization.
7. Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

456 bets may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion accepted upon member's own request.
• Suspicious financial transaction activity.

• Bets not placed or delayed due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues caused by the member's own device or software.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical errors that cannot be resolved immediately.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own decisions.

Betting is a risky activity. 456 bets never guarantees a win. Place all bets at your own discretion and risk, and only bet what you can afford to lose.
